Rental Agreement
All dumpster rentals are subject to the terms provided at booking, including rental period, weight allowance and accepted materials.
Prohibited Materials
Customers may not place hazardous, toxic or prohibited items in containers. Additional fees apply for removal of prohibited items.
Overweight and Overfill
Containers loaded above the top rail or beyond the weight allowance may incur additional charges or require unloading before transport.
Placement and Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring placement locations are accessible and any required permits are obtained. We take care to protect surfaces but are not liable for damage to surfaces unable to bear the weight of equipment.
