Clear the space
Move vehicles, trash cans and anything else out of the drop zone. Our truck needs about 60 ft of straight-line access.
Check overhead
Look for low power lines, branches and gutters. The container tilts as it unloads and needs around 20 ft of vertical clearance.
Mark the spot
Use a cone, chalk or tape so the driver knows exactly where you want the container.
Protect surfaces
We use boards under the rails, but let us know about fresh concrete or pavers.
Be reachable
Keep your phone nearby on delivery day in case the driver has a question.
